Women - "Me Time", Make It Happen!

Tags me time, relaxation, stress, women
Lots of women are stressed out to some degree physically, emotionally and mentally...and rightfully so! It's very important to give yourself some very needed "me time", no excuses, make it happen!
Little things that don't cost very much can give women the necessary time to regroup, exhale and relax. Life is too short to deny yourself of this tiny luxury which you so much deserve.
Take a walk alone in the outdoors if possible, a slow leisurely one. Go to the library and borrow a few books, to read for enjoyment only, no fact-finding here. Buy a magazine that you wouldn't normally purchase, and lie in bed while paging through it after a nice warm bubble bath. If it's affordable, schedule a massage to release some tension or a simple foot bath with epsom salts will relax your hard working feet.
De-stress in whichever ways suit you personally. Be kind to yourself now and then, the rewards will be great.
