Default Pain and Tightness in Elbows When Doing Push-Ups and Pull-Ups

I have pain and tightness sometimes in my outer elbow when I do push-ups and pull-ups/chin-ups.

Aside from resting it, diet wise? I'm guessing omega 3's would be a good thing to help?

If you think that inflammation is involved, then supplementing with MSM (methyl-sulfonyl-methane) will ease it, thus relieving the pain. Topically you can rub some magnesium oil on the area, mix with lotion if you feel itchiness. Swanson vitamins sell it at a reasonable price.

thanks for the advice. I'm not sure if inflammation is involved or not. The tightening sort of feels like a pulling perhaps. It usually only happens when I move my elbow right after I workout.
