As I see it, Ron Paul is Americas' only bright spot in congress, however, he should run as an independant rather than Repubican.

I certainly hope he realizes this pretty soon..

If he gets Republican backing I think he should go in that direction. He will need all the help he can get... and hopefully he can not be bought or sold. Its more important that he wins, than what party gets him there. We all know his heart and mind, I think anyway.

Jesse Ventura would run with him though if asked if he goes Libertarian

Can you imagine both of them debating on the campaign trail and talking about real issues? If they couldn�t wake up the average Joe I don�t know what would.


I found this kind of interesting the media was reporting that Rich Perry has raised $17 dollars for his campaign thus showing how much the people support him and this money came from 20,000 donors.

Meanwhile Ron Paul has raised only a mere $8 million but that came from 100,000 donors.

What does that tell you about the kind of people who are supporting these candidates?

We all know the Republicans won't allow Paul to be their candidate!

Ron Paul is the Elliot Ness of politics, he would be "untouchable".

I would be more worried he would be assasinated like your last good president.
