Every time I blink on the news there's a new "best", it was vitamin C years and years ago, then it was zinc when the cold ez were selling really well and there were studies about zinc I recall reading just 5 or 10 years ago and now the rave is about vitamin D3.
Garlic does seem to have the longest history for a natural antibiotic. It could be argued you should do them all instead of one

I personally dont think there is just one best... what might work for one person may not work for another. I try to use a combination of everything... I do push the garlic and onions though.... If I had to buy just one, it would always be vitamin C, but I do try to change it up a bit. lets get real, if you happen to be a person that is lo on the b vitamins, then your body will be out of whack and you will still get sick....its a balancing act... so be willling to try a bit of everything.

If you take cold eeze as soon as you notice symptoms, it works. Once the cold is full blown, take vitamin C, green tea, lots of water and try not eating for a day.

I'm thinking of getting amla for my vitamin c. its not that expensive....is that the best?

I never heard of not eating for a day as helping you with a cold. Not sure how missing meals would help?

garlic is good stuff but ya have to eat 6 to 10 cloves and it has to be raw
then ya smell like a clove of garlic
