Loose Tooth
I just noticed i have tooth slightly loose in the bottom front. I just went to the Dentist and he said that i have gum disease, he cleaned my teeth and told me to get a deep gum cleaning. I am a female, 55, diabetic, it's very well controlled with Metformin. My AIC's have been 5. I've been a diabetic for 2 yrs. I always brush and floss and was surprised to hear that i have gum disease, my teeth look fine, my gums look good, and they don't bleed or hurt. What can i do, i have medicaid for ins and i can't go for the deep gum cleaning for 6 months. I certainly don't want to lose my tooth, are there things at home i can do? Thanks for any info

There are some posts here on MMS. Also google MMS Jim Humble. This product will tighten loose teeth as well as kill bacteria below the gum line, and is very inexpensive. However, you have to mix it with a weak acid to activate it, thus the reason you must research it. In the meantime, you could go to any good health store and buy a bottle of colloidal silver, and rinse your mouth a couple times per day with a tablespoon ful or so. It won't tighten the loose tooth, but will prevent any infection.

Colloidal silver is pure water with a very small amount of pure silver that is positively charged, and will destroy any bad bacteria in its path. Try to find some that is at least 10 parts per million in strength.

Hi NikiN1, you can try oil pulling with organic, cold-pressed, extra virgin coconut oil. Also, you could start using a more natural toothpaste without flouride, and add a drop or two of Grapefruit Seed Extract (NutriBiotic) to your toothbrush, or mouth rinse.
If you're not already doing so, you should be using a proxa brush in addition to your flossing. I use some cheap 'DenTek' brand, that I bought at Walmart.
It's also beneficial to use regular 3% strength hydrogen peroxide with the proxa brush full-strength, and diluted, as a rinse. Be sure not to swallow the HP, just spit it out. If you're pro-active, you may not always reverse the damage, but you can keep it from progressing.
PS: If you're not already taking a daily vitamin D3 supplement, I recommend that you start...at least 1,000 IUs per day.
