I wish I could lose some weight but it doesn't seem to happen for me.
However the last 2 mornings my BSugar readings have been 83 & 82.
Last evening I had a good size salad w/lettuce, tomato, cukes, blackberries,
a small peach, & 1 oz of
cheddar cheese. 1 egg, olive oil & vinegar dressing. The night before I had 3 thin pieces of that party rye
with roast beef & horseradish & a tomato.
I went to bed a bit hungry that night.
