Good article jbo. Luckily I've never had much more than 10 lbs. to lose, but I've heard that 'mixing up' the exercise routine, like instead of walking on a treadmill for an hour, to walk, then run for 10 mins., and so on. Makes sense to me.

I think improving anti inflammatory status is going to be needed to break out to the plateau rather than creating more inflammation. Check omega 3, vitamin d, magnesium intakes and ensure you are doing everything possible to get a good nights sleep. (increase melatonin secretion or take melatonin)
