Hi can anyone help, I've never ever had a problem before from iHerb but my order turned up and the fish oil bottle had been broken. I don't know if in transit, due to bad packaging or sabotage.

I've complained to iHerb they will not reply. I have messaged them a few times, again no reply. I've been a customer since 2009 and I'm pretty Pissed because I've spent a lot of money with them. I do need my fish oil soon.

Why not try the online chat facility at IHERB.
I had the same thing happen once and they credited my account for the broken bottle. In fact I wasn't claiming for a replacement as somehow, although the cap had been damaged, most of the fish oil remained in the bottle so it was just the oil in the sealed plastic bag that was lost.

Cheers Ted, the problem for me is the crazy time difference between myself here in Brunei and USA. I'll do so now.

I've always had amazing customer service. They'll gladly help you. You just need to speak to someone.

I'm glad I posted here because I managed to speak to iHerb live chat and they have agreed to give me a credit for the fish oils that were damaged in transit. Thats more than can be said for the pigs at UPS. I've had another run in with them. Not happy with them at all. Thumbs up to iHerb though for helping me out. Plus I suppose they realise i'll just order the fish oils again anyway from them.

I work at Fedex as a package handler. At my facility the average worker seems to stay for about 2-5 months. They just do not pay enough or have the good working conditions to keep people. We don't have enough time to stack properly, so often boxes get stuffed or plain thrown about. You have to remember that your items are shipped several times to different sorting facilities in trailer trucks and stacked about 10ft high in those trucks. Also your package is put on a moving belt system several times and slides down several metal chutes at speed.

With the system in place now, it is amazing almost every package shipped is not damaged.
