I was wondering if anybody knows of case studies or stories of people using herbal remedies to get over any ailments that's been plaguing them for years?
Thanks for the guidance.

There are plenty of stories online concerning vitamin D, vitamin C, resveratrol, and curcumin, as well as others. (fish oil, astaxanthin, probiotics, vitamin E, etc..)
The key is the dose, that is taking an optimal amount rather than just enough to prevent disease. Also the source is important since there is alot of crap out there containing GMO, aspartame, fillers, etc., and now that prop 37 failed (thanks to monsanto and bayer) there is going to be even more GMO in food and supplements.
Since most supplements have a very poor absorption rate, it becomes even more important to encapsule them in liposomes. Absorption of resveratrol can go from 2% to 90%, curcumin from 5% to as high as 98% !!!
It all starts by buying an ultrasonic cleaner for around $40. It should have a stainless steel tray and should be able to hold at least 20 ounces.
This process allows for taking upwards of 50 grams of vitamin C per day without diarrhea, and although this sounds like an overdose, it is just right.

Not quite following you on the ultrasonic cleaner part... You put the Vitamin C (or other supplement) in the ultrasonic cleaner and this somehow aids in how much can be absorbed by the body?
How does that work? Sorry if it's a dumb question, just hadn't heard of that before...

Very interesting read... I hadn't really dug into it before.. However, it makes sense when you read through it.. (the second or third time lol)
I was thinking of picking up an ultrasonic cleaner, however, they do not sell them around here... Any good sources online you would recommend to pick one up? (aside from Alibaba, ebay etc)
