I've used sesame oil. It has only a very mild taste.

We feel the same about the olive oil mayo, neither of us liked it. I'm using the rest of the jar for beauty treatments.

Grapeseed oil, although slighly green has next to no flavor.

Arrowind is correct, they say to use grapeseed. When I make homemade mayo, I use olive oil and garlic.
