Default Jofus's food pyrimid...

Raw, organic eggs.

After doing extensive research for the last few months I have come to the conclusion that raw organic eggs are the only food that is good for you. Well kind of, they do have enzymes in the that help block digestion of certain nutrients, but we have to be able to eat something right?

Broccoli got booted off the pyrimid after I found out it is bad for your thyroid. Anyway, good thing I no longer try to eat healthy anymore, because apperently that means starving your self to death. Sorry I ment dying of dehydration first because all water is bad for you too.

Broccoli, and others in that family, all have that problem. Goitrogens. But they are very healthy when cooked or steamed for about 10 minutes. Cooking counters goitrogen. Iodine also counters goitrogen. Just look at all the foods you would have to avoid. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goitrogen Good thing that you are not on a raw food diet.

Andrew weil says that. He says broccoli is excellent, but you have to quick cook it first.
