I've seen a few articles recently about there being melatonin in wine and a friend of mine told me a few times that it's the only drink that after one drink he gets really sleepy pretty fast.

My question is how much melatonin does wine really have on average say for a cab?
I take 10mg of melatonin a day right now, so I was curious how much melatonin wine has, since I drink wine on weekends for health reasons.
