Hi I've been eating coconut sprouts today and I cannot for the life in me find anything about the health benefits online, can some kind soul help?

Wikipedia says that they're edible, but shows no specific benefits. I assume that they have the same general coconut health benefits.

I've seen found out they are also called coconut apples too.

Do you grow them? I've only used coconuts that had the water inside.

nope I bought them from a market at the beach yesterday. I thought I'd give them a try. Just can't find anything on them.
