Somehow I managed to miss this thread entirely, until I noticed it today.
Testosterone is (by weight) 100% cholesterol, so if you want to increase your level and keep it there, eat eggs, butter, coconut oil, shrimp, etc., and stop using margerine and cooking oils.
If you are taking statin drugs, they will prevent your liver from making cholesterol, so the solution is obvious..
You could soft-boil or soft-scramble (not fry) 3 or 4 eggs daily (in butter) and that will fix your issue with low T.
Cholesterol isn't the problem, ignorant doctors are..

That's your opinion and it seems totally misguided to me.
Low testosterone is a sign that both magnesium and vitamin D deficiency are rife.
Magnesium controls well over 300 different enzyme actions and Vitamin D well over 2000.
Getting to the gym isn't going to alter those fundamental flaws in the way the hormonal system is operating. It's a question of priorities and while getting to the gym may be a good idea for those with masochistic tendencies sensible people should be able to stay fit and healthy without the use of gym.
