Intense Groin Itch (along with right ear and neck itch)
My groin has started itching horribly about 2 months after I moved to the city from the farm I was living. I wonder if it is an allergic reaction or a systemic infection. I did have a lot of this sketchy urban bee pollen prior. But I suspect it has more to do with the dirty environment.
A bit of my history - I used to have this anal itch starting around age 21. Finally last year (now 27) it went away when I reduced gluten and used a prescription topical anti-fungal cream.
BUT, I suspect the cream may have supressed the infection which simply adapted or moved "deeper" into my body.
Now I have it worse because I get groin itch, ear itch, eye itch, neck itch, zero body fat - very skeletal looking, swollen first finger, and gray hairs.
I have tried very hard to reduce all sugar, fruit, sweet veggies, carbs, gluten AND take anti fungal garlic, pao d'arco, aloe, oregano, kimchi, probiotics, enzymes, but nothing gives.
Please, please help. This itchiness is making life very difficult. It wakes me up, it affects my mood. It's bad.
Thank you so much. Ask me anything if you have questions.
Are there any other options besides MMS and silver that are not in so much controversy?
Also do you suggest that spring water bottled in plastic is better than tap water? I used to drink from spring in the country and I'll tell you there was no saying what fungus was in that either... so .. who knows.
You might try unrefined extra virgin coconut oil both internally and externally. You can take a tablespoon per day, and apply it to the itching and irritated areas when convenient for you. It takes awhile to soak in, and it is oily, so do your external treatments in the evening or night, and protect your clothing and sheets until it is absorbed. Good luck, worth a try. https://www.natmedtalk.com/wiki/Coconut

I don't know what to tell ya about using the Nystatin, never heard of it. I shy away from pharmeceuticals if there's a natural avenue to try, unless I'm in extreme pain. Perhaps someone else has experience with it..
Both the olive leaf extract & the unrefined extra virgin coconut oil are to be taken internally. Just be sure to read up on the olive leaf extract prior to using it.
This is why I hesitate to dabble with topical solutions and am considering Nystatin. Does it make sense to take the drug in this case?
You do realize Nystatin must be prescribed by a doctor, and there is no point in taking an antifungal drug unless you know for sure you have some fungal issues... and it is unlikely that taking Nystatin short term will harm you.
Olive leaf extract will be a good choice because it is taken internally. If you have fungus in the ears and goin you have it inside too. Using a topical application may not get to the root of the matter. You have to think wholistically on this issue. Olive leaf internally at 20% extraction and coconut oil externally and internally if you want. You will likely have to take olive leaf extract capsules for 3 to 9 monts. It is a slow cure.
Fungus can be very difficult and I know a number of people where these very mentioned natural cures did not cure.
Nystatn can work but I wll tell you from many years of nursing experience that it will have the tendency to return because you have not gotten to the root of the matter. Diflucan antifungal is a better choice but still it may reoccur.
