Lots of fish oils. I strongly suggest them!

Fish oils... Well, can't we just eat good ol fashioned fish and chips?

Those fish have fish oil.... Man.. I haven't had decent fish and chips in like 3 years I think..... Or wait.. I guess two years maybe....

Who knows.... I gotta head to the pub and get some.. Pub is about 45 mins from where I live though, on a good day.

In terms of buying any kind of supplements, I would go GNC, they are tried and true. Also a really big brand that can be found almost anywhere on the planet. I am not 100% sure if they sell fish oils... Let me see...

What do you know... I didn't know they did.. Well they do

So I would get it from there, however, the best way is obviously just eat fish I think it needs to be steamed though so to as not lose the vitamins/oils. Boiling it works, but only if you drink the water/or call it soup afterward.

I bake mine right in the toaster oven takes 12 mins.

Be sure that the fish oil you buy has been screened for PCBs & mercury~

Toaster oven eh... Never considered that. Does it come out any different than a conventional oven? (dumb question, but I ask because you say 12 mins, and conventional oven would take about 30 to 45 mins)

I take Nordic Naturals. And Ascenta. ( As well as some Hemp oil. Coconut oil). On those nights when I don't make salmon or cod

Kids could use a little, too!

GNC is overpriced to me. I use Now liquid fish oil, and I feel good about that choice. When I prepare fish, usually salmon, I grill it in the oven, around 20-25 mins. depending on thickness.

Not a big fan of Salmon, I prefer Cod fish. I know many people prefer Halibut, or Salmon, but I find Cod to be a nice tasty fish, and it is even cheaper than Halibut or Salmon so also is a nice treat that won't break the bank
