I'd also suggest that after your cleanses are complete, you consider the Lemon Juice/Olive oil drinks for liver and portal vein cleaning. This does work, but allow a longer time period to get proper cleansing, as stones, old debris, etc. tend to move into the area that has just been cleanse, so follow up cleansing needs to continue until all is removed.
