I take all three of those everyday. I understand that the D3 should be taking with a fat, which is the perfect partner for Omega 3.

Yes, they can be taken together.

Omega 3, as fish oil, krill oil, or flax seed oil is good for the whole body, especially joints and brain.

Co Q10 is also good for the whole body, especially the heart.

D3, as we have found out over the last 10 years, is absolutely critical for good health, and the average dose should be at least 5000 I.U. per day.

Do you know that over 4000 per day causes serious health risks?

That is a myth, and is a main reason why alot of people are sick... they aren't getting optimal D3.

Recent evidence shows 30,000 I.U. of D3 can be safely taken daily during the winter months.

I would suggest 5000 I.U. per day to start, however, if dark skinned or overweight, take 10,000 I.U. per day.

Do some research on Dr. John Cannell, or check him out on youtube.

don't let Ted hear you say that. He'll have you for breakfast with his D3 pills.
