I cut out carbs even complex ones for now, besides fruits and veggies. I still get cravings a bit but it is controllable. Appetite suppressants
I have a bad case of the munchies especially as the weather gets colder and I am inside more with less to keep me busy. I work from home so that doesn't help. After I eat and feel full I feel satisfied and think to myself ok that's good I am not going to eat anymore, but as soon as the fullness goes away I cannot stop myself. I work out everyday and eat healthy thank goodness or I would probably be way over weight but still I am not in my best shape because of this problem.
I was wondering if anyone knows any supplements that can cause that full feeling of not wanting any food and make you not want to eat. I just today bought some saffron and hoodia so I will update how they work for me. If anyone knows anything else or something better could you let me know thankssssss! |
