The pineapple is thrown in there, but have never understood why, I guess for taste, and it helps to process the potassium or something...
Don't shoot the messenger, it's just what people have said....
Also good for muscle cramps and relaxation is green tea, I find green tea also helps me relax and it physically helps me relax as well.
If you are looking for an all round mix, you could try that "Happy Camper" stuff that is supposed to alleviate stress, help relaxation and stop muscle cramps all in one... I have no idea what's in it though, however, the box says... "All Natural"....
