I did green juicing for my meals
This!! I do many green juices. But oh, the next day. More like a cleanse - wo.

My greens drinks are just that: GREEN. I do add some sea plants, chlorophyll/chlorella, spirulina etc and barely choke it down. Maybe some hemp/coconut oil for brain, a bit of a food replacement powder that is just PACKED with yummy goodness.

Had one for dinner last night. I am creeping up in weight (136), so I know to STOP over loading the carbs: pasta, bread, etc. And focus on the veggies/fish/lean meats ONLY plan for a bit. I like for MY weight to stay at 130-132. I am 5'4". If I go down to 122-129ish, it shows in my face and it just doesn't look healthy for ME. My b/p is good. No other issues other than dry skin.

haha, no joke! All the extra fiber just FLIES through your system. I would highly recommend mega-doses of digestive enzymes and probiotics to support this sudden addition of greens, really does help make a difference though it won't stop it altogether.

I started off by dieting. I count calories, eat healthy, ect. (Mainly steak, low calorie foods, fake sugar, vegetables, ect. No junk food or anything.)

I'm also exercising, usually by starting off by a quick run in the mornings (usually about 15 mins) then running half way through the day (also 15 mins) then a nice long run (usually ending with me walking back because it's very steep up hill. ) for about 30-45 mins. When I go to stores, I park at the back of the parking lot, run up the stairs instead of taking the elevator, just little stuff to add up.

I'm not going over my calories, in fact, I don't think I'm getting enough.

My scale isn't moving! in fact, by the end of the day, it raises a lb or two. I don't understand, i exercise so much, but nothing is paying off. I don't get it. I'm so desperate to lose weight and I'm trying so hard.

Could this be due to my not enough calorie intake? I'm afraid of eating more calories and gaining weight, or not losing weight. I'm really afraid of that. Someone tell me why I've been doing this routine for two weeks and haven't lost weight?! HELP!
I found that once a change in diet begins it takes my body a couple weeks to adjust and by that I mean it hangs onto every little calories as if I am starving. At one point - and I do NOT suggest this to anyone - I went down to less than 1200 calories a day. Because of my height and amount of activity.
At times during the week, I ate less than 900 per day but they were meaningful calories. Well balanced. It took nearly a full month before I saw/felt any changes.

Give yourself time, it will happen. I couldn't exercise too much for I craved carbs. I just did long walks in the evening. They were very calming, too.

Good luck !!

Hey.. I would suggest you to take enough calories, start aerobics program and do atleast 20 minutes of cardio everyday. Specially if you are eating non veg food, stop that start taking vegetarian food better would be vegan and raw. Make diet plan for that cus its really important.
If it doesnt workout properly, start taking fat burners and everyday atleast 40 minutes of cardio and 1 hour of aerobics.

The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Performance
If you want to lose fat you need to provide more time for your body to burn fat and to become fully adapted to burning fat.

We have to remember how humans evolved and the importance early human placed on BREAKING BONES to extract the marrow (fat) from inside the bones.
When was the last time you had roasted marrow bones?
