Hello, i thinking about scheduler like this: Wake up 6:00 1.Cold shower 2.Kundalini yoga set 3.Meditation 4.Running 5.Fitness exersices I heard that is better just shower upper body, and avoid weting the legs with cold water, becouse they do something with calcium ?? So please, advice me what i need to change there or maybe add something. Also waithing for tips and yours schedulers
