\nEvenutally I got it down to only two things that would give me allergies, Juniper/mountain cedar and fresh cut pasture grass. Pycogenol 150mg a day keeps the reactions away.

\nFor the asthma from chemical sensitivity I use and still use a homeopathic remedy called taurtophedreel. It stops an asthma attack dead in its tracks ... it will take up to 15 minutes for complete results.. Sometimes I have to repeat the remedy in 15 minutes if I dont think the improvemnt is good enough. I get this remedy at www.iherb.com I know a number of people who get very good results with it and use their inhalers much less frequently.
