I'd rather meander for the prevention than race for the cure.

Could be that they want to begin manipulating public opinion to make the public comfortable that the science is safe. I would not fool with Mother Nature as she is quite fickle.

It was interesting.. i love watching how other people think by seeing their experiments unfold.
The thing that surprised me was how the government tried to cloud seed with silver iodide in the 60s.

Here is an interesting video that just came out. If this is what they finally claim to be able to do now, one has to wonder how much they are still not telling us.

I've seen some copy of sixties looking stuff on cloud seeding, not too long ago.
I remember one of my elementary school teachers talking about cloud seeding. One attempt with was dry ice, which kinda makes sense.

I'm of the belief it's not a new idea.
