Coffee and ??????
What do you serve to friends when you invite them for afternoon coffee (or tea, juice, whatever)? Traditionally it's cookies, pasteries or something sweet, but I'm looking for some healthy alternatives to give my friends. Most of them would probably prefer the sweet, but I feel guilty knowing that it's not good for them. I would really appreciate some ideas.

Mari,
That's sweet of you to consider - the health of your friends. If you'd like to make something sweet, but also low in sugar, perhaps you can find a recipe on this site: https://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/dessert_recipes.html Some of the recipes call for a sugar alternative. I try to use stevia whenever I can.
