My dad has insomnia (and rather severe insomnia). My mon read something so he started having a handful of pumkin seeds in the evening and he is sleeping much better.

That also could be partly due to the increased melatonin metabolism

The only pumpkin seeds I've ever tried were David's brand, because they are sold almost everywhere. I like to eat shell and all, and I'm drawn to the extreme saltiness, I don't eat them often enough for sodium to be a concern.

The ones I posted are beyond phenomenol, a little salty and great tasting.
