Been suffering from dizziness for the past few days
Well a few months ago I was having some dizziness for like a week.... My friend recommended to try and eat healthier and I did that and it seemed to work because it went away. But then few months later it came back and it's been happening for the past few days. I feel kinda light headed a bit unbalanced (not that much). It's definitely not vertigo because things don't spin around me. I've been feeling more tired during this time of dizziness like the last time I had it. Also, I do not have the feeling that I'm going to faint. You can call it minor dizziness but it's just super annoying. Also, I get a headache sometimes along w/ it. And when I stress about it, it just gets worse >_> In addition, tt does not bother me when I'm laying down and it's very slight when I'm sitting down.
Well I've returned to my crappy eating habits =p but however there may be other things that could be causing this. I've noticed my tinnitus got a little worse during the time I was a dizzy, so you think it could be an inner ear infection or something more serious? Or could it be that I'm not eating right? I'm really concerned right now. Help!

You may need to see your doctor, especially if it's an inner ear problem.
I wonder if it may have to do with dehydration. If you've been eating/drinking things that dehydrate the body, salty foods, coffee, alcohol, etc. Dehydration WILL cause dizziness!
Ideally, a person should consume at least half their weight in ounces of filtered water EVERYday. If you weigh 150 lbs., then you should be drinking 75 ounces of water daily.

Get your blood pressure checked.
Also blood sugar.

is a blood pressure of 137/74 normal?
kind - i eat a lot of salty foods aka ramen, and have been drinking a lot of soda because of parties
but if it's caused by dehydration why would it last for so long ? I think I'm going to go see the doc soon... I hope it's not serious >_>

You really should go to a doctor and get an accurate diagnosis.
Your blood pressure looks ok. Also get your blood sugar checked.
Make sure you are not having any kind of reaction to any medication of any sort.
It is not likely to be your diet unless you are becoming diabetic..if it were your diet half the world would be dizzy as most people eat trash.
But your ears could be an issue and sometimes these issues come and go.
I would not recommend any drug therapy but for temporary treatment if it gets severe.
I think that menieres disease is a detox issue and you likely could effectively treat your ears with ozone therapy or maybe MMS, I'm not sure on that one, but more sure about ozone gas.

I get that with anemia. Sounds like you need some blood work done.

I went to the doc today and I had some blood work and an EKG done.... So now my doc is sending me to the cardiologist because my heart rate was a a little bit high at some points on the EKG, he thinks I may have been a bit anxious (i was nervous kinda at the time) but he wants to make sure everything's fine... You think anything serious is going on here because now im scared... >_>

How old are you? Most of the time it's fine, especially if you are younger, but the doctor needs to be sure. Anxiety can cause an increased heart rate. You can check it yourself. Count the beats for one minute. The range should be 60 -100 per minute. Check it several times a day and keep record of it. If it's within normal then all of a sudden it raises when you are at the doctors, it could be just anxiety from the visit.

Consider homeopathy. I too have bouts of dizziness- have off and on for many years. I take conium when I notice it coming on- but of course you have to make sure YOUR symptom picture matches the remedy for it to work. So something along the lines of dizzy, ringing in ear, (how is your sleep)? (how is your appetite)? (how are your bowel movements)?, etc. With you symptom picture, a talented homeopath works magic!

I get dizzy and tired and when I need sodium. This happens to me every summer because of sweating. My doctor said a lot more people than realize it are sodium deficient because salt is considered to be a bad thing. If you are not salt sensitive you could try taking a teaspoon of good quality salt (though to test it out you could use any salt) and following it with a glass of water and see how you feel. Or a natural electrolyte drink might work, such as coconut water.

It could be due to aspartame, a sweetener used in diet sodas which was originally a drug for treating ulcers. There are 92 side effects listed by the FDA for aspartame and dizziness, headaches and tinnitus are among them.
Can you imagine the FDA allowing a natural supplement to be available with 92 side effects? It shows the power of big pharma.
https://www.sweetpoison.com/aspartame-side-effects.html
Long term use of aspartame causes a buildup in the body and can cause all manner of diseases including leukaemia.
A young woman I know always had a diet soda in her hand whenever I saw her and now she is on chemo for leukaemia.
Whenever I tell people to google aspartame and leukaemia they say the government wouldnt allow it if it was dangerous.
Heres one mans opinion on the problems of aspartame.

Update: Went to the doc yesterday to discuss my blood tests. He said everything's very good except my cholesterol. It's a bit high... like 204 or something like that. Btw I'm 19 years old. So yeah I also noticed my blood pressure went down to like 120/79 when I felt better. Anyone have an idea whats going on here?
