LOL, I was going to say profibe, fish oil and magnesium until you posted it.
Singrayzp: I was talking to a pharmacist yesterday and he said he sees the most problems with lipitor of all the different statins. He also said when people are on high dose statins, they will sooner or later develop some type of side effect and he thinks statins are nasty. Also, high cholesterol does not mean anything, it is the inflamation that is the problem. Fish oil and staying away from trans fats and a couple glasses of red wine should solve that issue!
