I think that the best way to take testosterone is sublingually, daily in a very low dosage. This way you won't be jumping all over the place in your levels. A doctor that does bio-identical hormone replacement can do this for you.. although the testosternone they use is is likely the same as in the shot as the sublingual pill.. just delivered in a more sane way. Even a topical transdermal patch application is likely better.
It seems that your urinary symptoms should wear off as your testosterone levels decrease, if indeed the shot did cause this... I suspect that the shot did not though but who can say for sure? Get your urine checked for infection first off. You may have something else going on.
