Most green drinks I have looked at, about 20 or so, do not contain sugar or substitutes. The ones I have found that are sweetened are done so with stevia.
There are plenty of whey products out there without sugar or substitutes. There seems to be a growing demand for them, rightfully so. Optimum Nutrition Whey 100% Gold Standard All Natural contains no sugar or substitutes. MRM Whey (hormone and BSE free), Healthy N Fit 100% Whey Pro Amino, and Jarrow Whey Concentrate are some other brands with no sugar/substitutes. Most of them are sweetened with stevia. You can always go for an unflavored version if you don't want stevia either. These brands are not organic or grass-fed though. Organic/grass-fed whey is outrageously expensive, I would buy it if I could afford it.
