I don\'t think there is any need for the Easiyo system. \r\n \r\nI prefer to make mine in small jars using a yoghurt maker that keeps it warm. \r\nI know you can do it in a thermos flask or just use a warm place but I find the yoghurt maker is more reliable. It came with one set of jars but we recycled some similar sized jam/sauce jars and so we have 2 sets of jars and can make the new batch before we\'ve used up all the previous batch. Using the previous batch as a starter for the next batch means you don\'t have to keep buying new starter cultures. I sometimes at actimel or similar probiotic to my starter culture to improve the mix. \r\nObviously the higher the fat content of the milk you use the richer tasting and better for you, the yoghurt.\r\n | \r\n
