Default Nucleotides, RNA may strengthen and prolong life

https://lefcms.lef.org/magazine/mag97...-research.html

Currently in my study of clinical nutrition I am on the topic of Nucelotides, RNA and DNA supplementation which also includes supplementation with glandulars as found in Standard Process products. It is a fascinating study and it has clearly taught me what is meant by a whole food supplement. (remember that aruguement on some other obnoxious forum?) The above is a good article on the topic.

Dr Frank was the man who did research into nucleotides and diet that would support good DNA/RNA structures. He wrote a book called DR Frank's No Aging Diet, which I have not read yet but plan to get if its still available.

The one food he most strongly recommended to assure enough nucleotides was sardines, although other fish, like salmon (not tuna though) was also good.

How does one eat sardines without

Does anyone have any good recipes for getting these critters down?

Thanks for the link, Arrow. Just last night I was looking over my supplements and wondered why I was using RNA and decided not to reorder. Guess I'll keep on taking it.

I like the king oscar sardines mediterranean style, which is sardines in olive oil.

take them out, put them in a bowl. chop some onion... put a little mayo on the sardines (just a little..), add a dash of tabasco sauce to the mayo, sprinkle the chopped onions on top and eat.

this is probably even better on top of a good cracker.. but I usually don't have any crackers, so I eat it just as is.

do not eat this before a hot date.

I have a friend from Norway that recommends that you take a can of sardines in olive oil, and just put it on the shelf for a few years. Then open it, and the sardines will have absorbed the olive oil, you spread the sardine/oilive oil blend on a cracker and hmmmmmm.....
