Your post made me wonder how much, too, so here is an article that I found. Seagate's olive leaf extract is the whole leaf powder. It is not standardized. They say it has only 1% oleuropein in each dose. I looked at many sites and none of them said how much was in the whole olive leaf powder. Most of the standarized olive leaf extracts had 20% oleuropein in each dose. One website said they would not recommend it as a cure, but as a prevention remedy. According to the Seagate article, the powder works as a cure. I'm not sure if this article answers your question exactly, but I think it might help you figure it out! Anyway, check it out:

Also, if you want to kill fungus, you must rotate different antifungals or it will become immune. 2 capsules three times a day seems to work for killing fungus.
