\nNow, under the new health law, they don\'t have a choice. They have too much money to be able to get obamacare. They only have a choice in which private insurance company to use.

\nThe insurance industry, who wrote this law, are laughing. And now we know why the republicans, who are the friends of corporations and wealthy individuals, are fighting against obamacare.\r\n

\r\n \r\n If you go to the Obamacare website you can see the cost of premiums and yearly deductible and if you choose to opt out from that point within a few hours they will email you stating your actual fines will be and which they now will by any means collect.

\nThis comment was posted on the �Affordable Care Act� facebook a few days ago.
\nApparently someone actually made it through around 8:00 in the morning that has a preexisting condition (Type 1 Diabetes) and with an income base around 45K-55K annually.
\n They chose the tier 2 "Silver Plan" which computedto monthly premiums of $597.00 (around $6,000+ per year) and a $13,988 yearly deductible!!! There is NO POSSIBLE way that would be affordable so that person "opted-out" and chose to continue along with no insurance.
\n Later around 5:00 P.M. they received an email stating that the fine for doing so would be $4,037 and would be attached to their yearly income tax return.Then if they still refused to pay they would go into the "REPERCUSSIONS PORTION" for "non-payment" of their yearly fine. First, your driver�s license will be suspended until paid, and if you go 24 consecutive months with "Non-Payment" and you happen to be a home owner, you will have a federal tax lien placed on your home.
\n Of course you can agree to give your bank information so that they can make easy "Automatic withdrawals" for your "penalties". This can be done either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly whatever is most convenient.

\n This is a 2.3% Tax that began last January and is supposed to be "hidden" from the consumer, but it\'s been brought to the public\'s attention by Cabela�s (a hunting and fishing store) they have refused to hide it and are showing it as a separate line item tax on their receipts.

\n Of course you might be asking just what is a medical device excise tax and what does it have to do with a hunting and fishing store.

\n Well it allows the IRS to impose an excise tax on the sale of "certain medical devices".
\n Naturally you are not to question why an �affordable health plan� would be taxing certain medical devices.
\n But if you did you could then go to the chapter that describes just what these devices are.
\n So here is a list of some of the items to be taxed:

\n Fishing rods and fishing poles;
\n Electric outboard motors;
\n Fishing tackle boxes;
\n Bows, quivers, broadheads, and points;

It was good for Massachusetts because he\'s the guy who signed off on all the requests for a fee. It\'s bad for the nation because he\'s not part of the pyramid scheme this time around.
