\r\n \r\n Summer is not a good time to order probiotics for home delivery. Those mail trucks and postal carrier cars are too hot for probiotics. Many will be lost. UPS trucks are brown and not air conditioned either. In central TX, it is 100F all week, and it is not even summer.

\nGo local. They typically get their supplies in good condition. If you can find them VSL#3 is best to completely overwhelm the bad bacteria. It contains 250 billion bacteria, where most other brands contain 4 or 5 billion. With this much, you only need one every few days, unless you are on a serious rebuilding protocol.
