Default Possibility of repairing ear damage?

Recently I was reading about how Spirulina and hyaluronic acid (both taken orally) can help the body repair the eyes, correct or partly correct bad eyesight, stuff like that! Spirulina contains vitamin A and beta-carotene in huge quantities apparently! Wonderful no? ^_^

But I am not looking into if anything can achieve similar advantages for my ears. I have semi-damaged ears, mild tinnitus and sensitivity. I wonder if there is anything out there that might help them heal!

Any thoughts?

Hoppiiii! ^_^

Start with flushing your ears with hydrogen peroxide 3% as foumd in the drug store. Fill the ear canal and let it bubble until it bubbles no more. Do this twice a day for a few days. If no improvement you can consider the following options.

Ring Stop is a product found on line or in healthfood stores. It is homeopathic. Follow directions on the box.

If tinnitius continues purchase an enlay ozonator. Apply the ozone gas directly into your ears for about 3 minutes each ear. Increase each day a minute or two until you get to 15 minutes. This may cause itching and drainage. It it does that is a good sign as your ears are detoxing. Ringing may be decreasing. If itching is too severe decrease your treatments to every other day or until you feel you can tolerate another cycle. Everyone is different. It only took me about 3 or 4 days to cure tinnitis. others take many weeks as the detox is profound. Some people have had to work on it for many months.

If after a week of treatment you have no improvement or you have no signs of detox like drainage or itching then the therapy is not likely going to be helpful to you.

Ah ok, is that to remove wax?

It's mainly the sensitivity that bothers me as opposed to the tinnitus (the tinnitus is very mild), can these help with sensitivity?

I thought maybe something might help my ears to heal, like the other things taken orally can help eyes to heal
