New Year's Resolutions
Well, it's nearing the end of January, and I like to congratulate everyone who's sticking to their resolutions regarding health, it's not easy, but it's well worth it. Those resolutions would include things like losing weight, eating healthier, or quitting common addictions like smoking or drinking.
