I'm 13, I've got a similar problem :L
My 4 front teeth on the bottom have been wobbly for about 7 months now, and it got worse when I was on a car trip and I couldn't brush them for 3 days. The more I brush them, the less they wobble. Of course, my lifestyle only allows me to brush in the morning and in the night, but that seems to be enough. I don't eat much sweets, nor do I drink a lot of fizzy drinks (although I do drink a lot of carbonated water). I've been to the dentist, he said that they DON'T move at all, but when I asked my dad to check he confirmed it. My advice: don't touch them too much, don't bite too hard on them (although if you build up from soft foods they might get more resistant) and DON'T FORGET TO BRUSH! Hope it heps :L
