\nI don\'t use baking powder, but it better say aluminum free on the label, because that is the way it is processed sometimes.\r\n

\r\n \r\n I\'ve only bought Bob\'s Red Mill Baking Soda, and it has always said aluminum-free on the package...until my last visit to Natural Grocers (Vitamin Cottage).

\nSo, I went to the man who works there and asked him about why it no longer said aluminum-free. He told me that even though it doesn\'t say it on the package, it\'s still aluminum-free, and that they sold natural foods and wouldn\'t sell anything with aluminum there.

\nThat was good enough for me, and I bought it again...but odd it no longer states that on the label, would be a big selling point for them businesswise. That\'s the one reason I started buying it years ago.

\nI also heard that A&H was alum-free, but haven\'t started buying it again...I have, but just for refrigerator freshening use.\r\n
