Nystatin is generally the drug of choice for oral thrush and is probably used 100,000 times a day. I hope they told you to swish and swallow. You really want to swallow it just in case there is any fungal infection down lower in the esophaugus. Do not chase it with water. Let it do its thing for a while, say 15 minutes at least. Adverse effects with nystatin are minimal. You'll be fine.

hehehe well this looks good...i could probably handle it without added flavour too,i say that bcuz what they use for the flavour is surely not healthy,and im sure it does nothing for the fungus or anything really except the taste...anyway about this i should have gotten it with a perscription but i know someone so i got it for free,so no perscription,so that means i just use the directions on the info-sheet for the quantiny and the pattern of using it,basically 4-6ml 4-6 times a day,first shake the bottle well,keep the medicine as much as i can inside my mouth,move it around many times in the stomatic cavity and then swallow...

i will do this treatment now,differend than before with the gel,and i report back,good luck to me,for the hundreth time...

So an update here...

I finished one more gel and it made no difference whatsoever...so now im doing my own thing,and something a family member which is a holy man and a healer (not a doctor,not a priest) he cant even spell really and he lives far away from me but he gets visited from people around the world for curing and such and makes this healing ''stuff'' (i dont know which word to use) with honey(he has his own bees) and 15yrs old aloe vera,anyway to the next treatment...

1. Toothbrushing often changing between 4 kinds of toothpastes,3 organic(aloe vera,tea tree oil,echinacea etc) and one commercial one,fluoride etc etc...
2. The betaisodona iodine mouthwash 2-3 times a day after brushing
3. bicarbonate of soda and water (gargle once every hour,in 5 days problem solved,my grandfather said) ( i dont think its all that simple,but we will see)
4. And my newest addition PROBIOTICS,here is what i got,it looks fing awesome,and it tastes nice actually to my suprise

So as far as my common sense can reach

i brush few times a day to keep the whole mouth area clean,i mouthwash with iodine again clean mouth area + the iodine attacks the fungus i think/hope...soda bicarbonate attacks the fungus to strongly every hour,and the probiotic is feeding the body with friendly bacteria so paralelly minimizing the fungus bacterias colonie in me...

the fungus is attacked both externally and internally,its not fed with much sugar and (thank you arrowwind for the food chart) i avoid as much as possible all the foods that feed it,alcohol,coffees,fruits,all all all of it...and i hope that the problem will be resolved soon and guess what,no im not using any antibiotics anymore,hooray children

oh and im especially excited and happy about the probiotic i got,its awesome,it tastes great and when i read what benefits it offers i get hot lolz

ok i was out shopping and i couldnt wait bcuz you said if i run out of drug i should buy the next one soon as possible to not stop the treatment,so i bought the nystasin again + i bought the pill you mentioned a few posts ago,the flucozanole...

Untill now its been 2 days since ive been treating like i last mentioned and my tongue is actually already clearer,so here i go ill sum up the entire treatment starting from now.!

1) A salad with all kinds of veggies,tuna,apple cider vinegar and olive oil,himalayan salt and Yogurt,the yogurt i think i got a good one --> Sheep and Goats milk 100%,milk proteins,yoghurt culture
2) 1 pill fluconazole (1 is all i have)
3) Nystasin 4-6 times a day,gargle,swallow
4) Bicarbonate of soda garlge every hour all day,or whenever i remember as much as possible
5) Probiotics the one i mentioned before
6) Toothbrushing as much as possible with 4 differend pastes
7) Betaisodona(iodine) mouthwashing after every brushing

ok so im attacking the infection on the tongue(iodine,nystasin,soda,toothpastes),im attacking the infection directly inside (nystasin),im attacking the infection indirectly inside (yogurt,probiotic),if i dont manage to clear in 5-10 days max...im taking a glass of bleach down,in church while praying hehehe :P

oh and as far as my immune system go,im sure ''he'' too plays a role in this,i have been using for 2 days now echincea liquid,and on the bottle there is ''maintenance'' and ''intensive'',i did the intensive which is 2ml every 2 hours for 48 hours,ive done that its been 2 days,and now i got left 2ml 3times daily for 8-9 days,by that time ill be done with the bottle and i bought a new one already which is even better(and a bit more expensive) echinacea goldenseal,and i will continue after with that one doing it as it says on the bottle maintenance which is 1ml in a small amount of water 3 times daily...i also got some vitamin c,i already had some but the one i have already has sugar and stuff added and its chewable,now i bought a new one,its capsules(triple price compared to the one i already have) which is sugar,salt and starch free,suitable for vegans it says on the box...and i also got spirulina capsules,micro algae it says on the box,and the dose is 2 capsules three to four times a day with food...

im not a religious guy but,may god help...i mean i already did all i could,he gotta do something too,its only fair

You have such bad problems with an imbalance of good/bad bacteria that you should drop that vinegar. All vinegar.

man but you know the pill fluconazole costs me 9 euros for 1,so that means 10 pills would cost 90 euros,thats too much :/

is there any other pill which would give me the same effect but comes abit cheaper? or at least some effect,but cheaper...

People may have symptoms that appear totally unrelated to the candida such as irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, vaginal yeast infections, headaches with sinus involvement, histamine allergic reactions and thrush white tongue, to name a few.

I have the white tongue,but the histamine allergic reactions(could it be hives??)

If you use the apple cider vinegar with the 'mother', that may be safe. However, my naturopath said NO vinegar for 6 weeks. Perhaps you have to wipe out as much fungi as possible before using things that are questionable. Personally, I would not chance it until well into the therapy.
