Something else that will help is exercise. There is hardly anything that can't be benefited by exercise. Studies show even a brisk 30 minute walk 3 times a week has great health benefits.

Using a trampoline is fantastic as it's not jarring on your joints. It also massages each and every cell in your body. If you don't have one I would highly recommend it.

Absolutley Ted. There are a number of causes for stroke and really several products should be considered. It helps to have some kind of idea exacly what predisposions one might have. Thats why I recommend a caratid sonogram in the 50's or early 6's. The winning supplements are C, K2, niacin and good fats. If the arteries are already partially clogged then add hefty dosages of serrapeptase for at least a year. Vitamin C daily is probably one of the best things you can do. Start young and keep it up till your ancient.

(It's lunchtime! That paste sounds really delicious! I can see you are a good cook, saved.)

I eat a lot of garlic, onions, and ginger and people sometimes back up a little from me! I don't want to offend people and I try to kind of time when I eat these offenders but sometimes I just have to pick health over that! can still talk to them if they are standing a little far back from me.

P.S. You should see how healthy and offensive my salads are which include raw garlic, onions and ginger, olives and a bunch of spices!

Oh, thanks for the laugh this morning!!!!

I placed two garlic pieces in my ears because they were feeling itchy on Sunday morning. One got stuck in my ear so I left it there knowing it would eventually fall out hoping it would be sooner rather than later. I forgot about it and went to yoga class. First I went to the hot sauna. It was packed with people and so hot. Then as I lay down during yoga class I smell a strong garlic odor - I liked it and hoped breathing it in deeply would be therapeutic. But my neighbors in the sauna and yoga class may not have thought it was so lovely.

I want to take vitamin C, but I'm really conflicted as to which vitamin C to take. I've heard Jameth Sheridan talk about ascorbic acid taking away iron and other minerals from the body, but then, taking pure acerola cherry powder is pretty expensive and does it give you the high levels of vitamin C that you should have?

"When you consume an isolated ascorbic acid supplement, the body will draw on its own reserves to add the missing
co-factors and reproduce the whole vitamin C complex. Thus, taking mega doses of ascorbic acid can actually contribute to nutrient deficiencies and imbalances in the body with long-term use. Even worse, your body will only be able to convert a small percentage of the ascorbic acid you consume to useful vitamin activity. The rest will become a burden that your body must get rid of, which you will notice as a yellowish tint in your urine."
