Quality fat. Vitamin B12. Good for you in doing that.

Well arthritis is no simple matter and the causes can be widely varried from person to person. RA is quite different from osteoarthritis in cause and in symptom aggravation. I believe mine to be started with a Measles vaccine that damaged some cellular programing because I've been dealing with RA symptoms intermittantly ever since. For some people just a shift in weather can get them going, for others its diet, or dehydration, or other physical or joint stresses

I have found a number of things that help me and help almost immediately:

CMO
Serrapeptase
Wobenzyme or equal

The two things that did not help me was Homeopathy and Acupuncture... but they certainly are known to help other people.

I have been interviewing a doctor who is a DC and an NMD. When you go to his office it is filled with binders with patient testimonials and clinical case studies on his patients with osteoarthritis. Before and after x-rays are provided as well as letters from the patients. All the patient reviewed in the binders were previously scheduled for knee replacement as the joint deterioration was down to bone on bone. The x-rays showed full regeneration of cartlige between bones after treatment.

The therapy consisted of injections of homeopathic remedies, nutrients and ozone into the joint spaces over the period of about 6 months.... all the patients had been over 50 years old.

Researchers have concluded that boron mineral has a place in prevention and the treatment of arthritis. Sincethose with arthritis are more likely to have significant bone loss, let's look at this aspect of the mineral first. Could it be that a lack of this trace mineral underlies both arthritis and Osteopenia? If so, this information is really important.
Published studies go back to 1963. See studies here https://www.osteopenia3.com/Boron-Osteoporosis.html

I have and am still trying this with Twenty Mule Team Borax. https://www.earthclinic.com/Remedies/borax.html
Taken internally: Try 1/8 teaspoon to 1/4 teaspoon of borax in one liter of water/day. You just drink this water throughout the day. If it runs out then drink just normal water, with some magnesium added if possible. Magnesium is found in certain seeds such as sunflower. They seem to be synergistic with the vitamin D as vitamin D promotes calcium and the body needs to balance both magnesium and calcium to an ideal amount.

Boron is found in fruits and vegetables, especially apples, pears, and carrots. Other sources of boron are soy, prunes, raisins, almonds, rose hips, peanuts, hazelnuts, dates and honey. Our bodies utilize boron as a trace mineral, needing only 2-3mgs. per day.

I'm not posting about boron deficiency. I'm sure we all eat those items every day - or not. I'm posting that one needs to exceed recommended amount to accomplish those objectives.

there has been a new treatment found for arthritis, not sure if it applies to all types of arthritis but they are now injecting fat cells into arthritic joints and it has been remarkabley successful in alleviating inflammation and pain
doing away with the need for surgery
by fat cells I mean they do liposuction on back or stomache and separate stem cells from the fat

Of course, arthritis is fundamentally caused by an acid state.
An old English folk remedy for arthritis is apple cider vinegar. That stuff has a kick to it! and although it goes in acid it burns alkaline which helps correct the acid state, which is why so many Brits swear by it.
Likewise, eliminating highly acidic animal products and replacing them with a more alkaline plant-based diet has a similar effect.
