The one I most recently completed; was very low fat, no carb, high fruit, veggie and lean protein diet. This not only boost energy levels but it allows me to cut fat while still maintaining muscle mass.

Certainly a good diet would be beneficial for any "Way to healthy living". However the "high fruit" would be bad for me right now. My naturopath has me on a temporary candida diet.
