That probably threw everything off, I probably still have it, and guess yogurt (Greek?) could help...what do you think? I\'ll go back to the H-Pylori, it can also get into a person\'s salivary glands I found out, I believe I have something amiss in my sinuses, head....all the way down into my stomach, and these are the 2 reasons I can pin it on, and/or I\'ve wondered if my lymphatic system is overloaded. Just trying to figure out why unrefreshed and yawning after solid nights sleep. Do take 1/2 sleeping pill, do have somewhat high BP, untreated right now, am 58, work a lot! do try to eat right....also, often don't breath through nose well, I suppose some allergies, seasonal, etc. but....all of this has been true for some time...tired of yawning, ha.
