\r\n \r\n I\'m not sure if this happens to anyone, but i feel tired all the time, not sure what\'s wrong.

\nIt might sound stupid, but i have tried everything i know. A lot of people gave me good tips, but so far they all failed me. My friends suggested that I should go to bed early and wake up early (as I used to sleep late at night) and sleep for only 8 hours a day, so that\'s what I have been doing.
\n
\nOthers suggested to work out, running, eat more healthy, drink more water ... so I started to run about 2 miles every other day, eat more vegtables and drink about 2 liters of water a day. Still ... even worse, whenever I\'m done running, i feel like i just want to go straight to bed and take a long nap.
\n
\nSo ... are there any new suggestions ? I\'m not interested in 5 hour energy though, cause it\'s only a temporarily relieve. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all.\r\n

\r\n \r\n Just me, if you find out what helps, please share. I find it difficult to maintain any energy in this relentless triple digit heat in central TX. More than a month now, over 100F. Even the humidity is low, around 25%. The problem is that it is difficult to find a good time to open the windows for some fresh air. It only gets down to 79F in the early morning hours. Putting humidity into the house is not the answer either. After all, it is the job of the air conditioner to remove moisture. I\'ll bet it is not much different in Houston.

\nIt would be nice to get out an walk in the fresh air. That always helps me.\r\n

\r\n \r\n You should have your thyroid checked... one of the most common causes of low energy. If it is in the normal range but low normal some action should be taken, even if your doctor thinks its not necessary.

\r\n \r\n I have seen many complaints very similar to yours. You may think this sounds stupid but I I have to ask. How old is your mattress? Because if you\'re not receiving good quality sleep then you will be tired all the time.

Default Any good suggest for me (tired problems)???

I'm not sure if this happens to anyone, but i feel tired all the time, not sure what's wrong.

It might sound stupid, but i have tried everything i know. A lot of people gave me good tips, but so far they all failed me. My friends suggested that I should go to bed early and wake up early (as I used to sleep late at night) and sleep for only 8 hours a day, so that's what I have been doing.

Others suggested to work out, running, eat more healthy, drink more water ... so I started to run about 2 miles every other day, eat more vegtables and drink about 2 liters of water a day. Still ... even worse, whenever I'm done running, i feel like i just want to go straight to bed and take a long nap.

So ... are there any new suggestions ? I'm not interested in 5 hour energy though, cause it's only a temporarily relieve. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all.
