I know it is not a weed. Just thought I would mention. The deer don\'t leave me much of anything except rosemary, lantana, and butterfly bush. I have one rose bush, but I have to surround it with its own personal fence. The deer even seem to like oxalis which is a weed and useless. There\'s a canyon near our house that has stinging nettles. Sure is fun to harvest. I\'ve collected dandelion heads when I see them go to seed. I think Johnny\'s seed catalogue has it. Right now Im delighting in New Zealand spinach, a weed in San Deigo, a delicacy in my garden..
