So - I dont have any problems with constipation, I go every day..
But for those of you that do - one thing ive noticed is, when I sit at a chair, my urge to defacate goes away normally? But when I stand more through out the day there a lot more of an urge, more often.. I have a standing desk in my office and when I swtiched to standing more - I notice I have the urge for a BM way more often..
Going once per day is not "regular" enough in my opinion.
If you eat 3 times per day, you should eliminate 3 times per day... more or less.
For those who have difficulty going or don't go often enough, try some extra vitamin C and magnesium from citrate. They will help, as will exercise, such as walking.
Also keep in mind that waste is toxic, so you don't want to keep it in your body any longer than it needs to be.
