Green tea extract and turmeric are high in tannin. I wonder if that plays a role as well as other components within those herbs. Tannins inhibit the digestion of herbs and proteins, including plant proteins.

I'm interested due to production of glutathione. The body makes it, but sometimes needs a boost. It is not readily available to the body when taken as a supplement, so finding something that actually generates it is beneficial.

Dairy makes my digestion sluggish, which makes my sinuses sluggish too. Catch my drift? Funny that cheese does not affect me so much. Only the soft cheeses. So that means lactic acid I think. The harder cheeses don't have the lactic acid.
