There's many things in our lives that create stress, and It's how much power we give to those occurrences that can have a negative effect not only on ourselves, but on those close to us. Sadly, health is one of those things that is not usually appreciated until it is lost, and a positive and happy state of mind has an enormous influence on our physical and mental well-being.

It's a good practice to lighten-up and be open to accepting little things in our daily lives that can bring...
