Harry....congrats! You have found out what is causing your problem! Half the battle is over.

Now get your fingers going on your computer and find out what you can do....to fight it!

D-Mannose, Sea salt, Vit C, H202, Change of Diet.... stuff like that. You can get meds to fight it but if you dont do the natural stuff...and wait on the doctors....You might as well give up, lay down and die. No life, no smiles.

I can tell you that Cipro takes a ton of Magnesium out of your body! If you want your legs back start taking it. How much? You find out.

I have a relative who had a few left over unused vicodin that I took today. the anal pain and pelvic pain was so bad I was almost in tears from the pain and the vicodin seemed to make the pain almost melt away. I even went outside and played with the dogs a bit and got out of the house. also set down for a bit, I haven't been able to set at all even in forever till today. I'm amazed at how much it helped with the pain. he only had a a couple though. never could get ibuprofen to do much of anything even in huge amounts. damn doctors won't let me have any pain medication.

Anybody know of any herbal pain medication that actually works for
pain ? if I could some how get the pain under control I think it would help, that is what makes me so angry the pain with this gets very bad. in fact on a pain scale of 1 - 10 , one being the least amount of pain and 10 being most. the pain of late is in the 8 range most of the time. never could get any pain medication from doctors no matter how much I pleaded. Arkansas sucks.........

I would recommend a 80,000 IU dose of Serrapeptase 3 x d for week, then reduce if it is helpful to 40,000 3xd. I would also ask your doctor for diclofenac 50mg 2 x day until pain is gone, then as needed. These two are both very powerful anti-inflammatories.

Harry,

You need to run sensitivity/susceptibility on the two strains. It will show which antibiotics work best.

I did have sensitivity, antibiotics still won't kill it in the prostate. I also won't be taking any more antibiotics because I know they are not going to fix this. If I have a bladder infection I will take them for a few days to kill that, but won't take them for prostatitis. because antibiotics alone can not penetrate the prostate to kill infections. And I am also learning that oral antibiotics for more than a few weeks are very dangerous.

I'll copy and paste the words of a patient of an expert urologist named dr Felciano, dr Felciano is considered the leading expert in the world on prostatitis.

{{{ As the battle rages white blood cells are killed. These and other byproducts of the war create clumps of waste (pus.) If the infection is great enough then this detritus can build up to totally clog the passageway between the acinus and the duct

Blocked and Infected Acinus Sac. After the acinus is blocked it swells and eventually the pressure becomes so great that further fluid build-up is impossible.

The swollen acini make the prostate tender causing the deep anus sitting pain common to many prostatitis patients. The combination of multiple swollen acini can push on major urogenital nerves that pass directly around the prostate thus causing phantom pain (referred pain) where areas other than the prostate appear to have significant pain. Typically these areas are the penis, testicles, back, legs, etc.

Note that the prostate doesn't have to show up as enlarged on examination for these symptoms to occur.

The acini blockage probably acts in very complex ways depending on many factors such as the location and size of the acini, amount of detritus produced, pressure on that part of the duct, etc. As can well be imagined, once the blockage is in place there is little or no chance for antibiotics to reach the pathogen hidden in the acini. )))

Just checking in and I wanna say, that I am one of the few that Antibiotics(Cipro) have helped. However, my situation has not been cleared. I ran out of money and unfortunately have not been able to get enough to continue and search for what is causing this issue. My skin has darken. So I believe that it's affecting my kidneys. I have also been getting a lot of gas, burping and farting a lot. Also, I feel a lot of fatigue. When I'm on Cipro, all of this stops, I even get my energy levels to full after 2 to 3 days, my urine turns normal, so does my skin, etc. I've been going to the gym again. I had stopped, but it seems to help. Idk, like most, what is going on with me, I've had several tests done, many urine cultures, including STDs and everything comes back clear or normal. I'm at the 1yr and a half mark. Still no end in site and hope is at an all time low. Anyone have any suggestions? I seem to be stumped. I really want to do IWILLBECURED's combinations, but that will have to wait until I get a job. No one in my family or friends know about this, I sometimes breakdown and cry when I'm by myself. I just wanna thank you guys for coming on here and posting. This has been a beacon of hope for me.

On another note, and pardon me if this sounds moronic, but has anyone tried altering their pH levels with dietary, etc.? Or Tried "juicing"? As soon as I get a job, possibly in the next two months. I'm going to try to go the "juicing" route and see how that goes.

echosixnoble,

You have to determine what you have and then get sensivity tests done on the bug instead of taking random abx's like we all have done including myself. Once you know what you have and what it's sensitive to then you can fight it more properly. Unfortunately most uro's and GP's will only analyze your urine which does not show what's in your prostate since no prostrate fluid is expressed. Most uro's will not do a 4 glass test or semen culture since they're not up to date nor do they care. I would suggest buying some culture plates off of Amazon and culturing your own semen:
https://www.amazon.com/Mueller-Hinton...925351&sr=1-11

ejac straight into plate (refrigerate them upon arrival), discard excess (be careful not to touch plate), seal with tape, turn upside down and incubate in a dark, dry area (closet) for ~2 days. Run a negative control too to make sure there's no contamination. If something grows then get it analyzed and run sensitivity tests on it. you'll have to find a doctor that's open minded and willing to work with you and listen.

hope this helps.

Default Symptoms worsened

I've been battling with prostatis for years. Used tonnes of antibiotics without success. Decided to attack from multiple sides, using Diflucan, iodine paiting and herbal suppositories. All of a sudden my symptoms are worse and I have a slight discharge. Just a drop or so, beige in colour. Can this be fungal die off ? I really don't know what to do any more.

have you determined what's causing your prostatitis? I.e. a certain bacteria or fungi?

Just an update on my status...

In my opinion i am improving steadily, though not yet fully recovered. Still having like 4 days without pain and 2-3 days with mild-intensive pain. It is a rollocoaster.

My daily regime includes
- I bought a one year (20 packs) of Cernilton tablets, taking them daily.
- Curcumin with black pepers - 3x tea spoon
- Silver water - any experience (Lovelife - how is it going ?)
- Added mega doses of Vit C (7000 mg) a day.
- Streches - morning and evening (Joga style, kegels) - Relieves greatly pressure pain.
- When sitting and pain occurs (which happens) - i stand up and strech a little
- I am also seriously considering doing "AUTO VACCINE" in a laboratory. They take your bacteria (in my case it is the ENTEROCOCUS), then kill it and make a vaccine.
You go on 6 injections. Remarkably succesful in this case...i have talked with some prostatitis patients and said it helped them.

Good luck eveyone and keep this site posted for more updates.
